The vision of the Lifchitz Family Philanthropy is, "To create a new philanthropic model - the “family giving circle” - that will begin with the Lifchitz Family Philanthropy, and then will branch out to others. This democratic collective giving fund is a hybrid of a traditional family foundation, a tzedekah collective and a giving circle and will be a vehicle through which extended family members pool their charitable resources to create a tzedekah powerhouse."

The Lifchitz Family Philanthropy brought in over $10K for the first round. More exciting than the financial investment was the buy-in of the members of the clan, and the younger ones at that, who are interested in being involved in the teen philanthropy aspects of the organization.
